This body of work began in 2003 when I was doctoring in Emergency Departments where it felt increasingly disconcerting to acknowledge that there were two strong coinciding patterns occurring.  There’s a constant increase in the variety of treatments being offered by the whole healthcare and wellness industry, yet a coincident decline in the problems being solved. The consequence of this being, the verifiable and unpopular truth that our population is becoming more unwell across all age groups and demographics and we are becoming more impotent at solving these problems. I became a doctor to solve problems so I couldn’t ignore this. The Unified Framework is my best effort, the best efforts of the thousands of people whose work I reference, and the best efforts of those who wish to collaborate, to make healthcare about healing again.​ I felt compelled to improve my understanding of the complexities and the mysteries of healing and I’m creating this content for anyone, health professionals and non-professionals alike, who’d like to do so too.

The reason for the title will become more apparent with time.​ Given that this will comprise monologues, dialogues, case presentations and many visual elements, I've chosen to present it in video format. Also, I feel it's the most effective way to present a large body of work in as coherent a manner as possible.
